        Real Estate won at Chelmsford last month but never figured behind runner-up Spirit Of Zebedee at Lingfield last time. The latter also finished in front of Swissal on that occasion and has already won twice this year while Diamond Lady went close over 7f on her reappearance and drops back down in trip along with UPAVON (NAP). Representing last season’s winning yard, Tony Carroll’s charge has placed in both outings on the all-weather this year and can race off a 12lb lower mark back on this surface having won over course and distance in the past.
