    Verdict

CORAL SHORES is preferred to Harlequinn Danseur whilst My Legal Eagle and Rosy Dawn also look capable of giving good accounts of themselves. Rosy Dawn kept on well to only go down by a head over ten furlongs at this track last time and should cope with this longer trip but she is still without a win on grass. My Legal Eagle is firmly in the veteran stages of his career but he finished close up over course and distance when last in action and could still be competitive at this level. Medieval Maiden is another turf maiden who made the frame here last time but she may have to settle for a minor role again. Harlequinn Danseur ran on strongly when he met the rising ground to land a weak contest but the way that he finished suggests that he should hold his own. Marginal preference is for Coral Shores who isn't too badly treated under a penalty for her win at Warwick. She was just behind Medieval Maiden on her penultimate start so has work to do to reverse the form at the weights but she was impressive last time and Coral Shores is fancied to do just that en route to landing this prize.
