In depth

Verdict

CONTINGENCY FEE won with plenty to spare at Newmarket last week. He’s 5lb higher today but has won four of eight previous starts here and can go close again in his current form. Dawn View is another who goes well at the track while National Treasure made a promising debut for new connections when second at Wolverhampton. Dartington still looks a shade high in the weights while Toora Loora’s earlier win at Yarmouth came over a longer trip.
