      Verdict

      Imperial Force looks no nearer winning having started the season on a mark of 93. Giveit Some Orange placed over 7f here on his earlier debut while Tawaazon returned a disappointing favourite at Salisbury and reverts to 6f today. DUSKY LORD hasn’t raced since last autumn but wasn’t beaten far at Kempton on his debut and a chance is taken on Roger Varian’s charge having been gelded during the interim.
