Verdict

Islands Farewell, Waltzing Beau and Tom Bell are three against the field in a race where jockeyship will be all important and the vote goes to Island Farewell. The selection was a good second behind Time Marches On last time out, he runs off the same mark here and with conditions in his favour and this slightly longer trip sure to suit he will be hard to beat. Waltzing Beau rates the main danger he was going well when badly hampered behind Most Saucy last time. However that was over a longer trip and this shorter distance is not sure to suit. Tom Bell is another worthy of respect on his best form but he will need to improve on his latest effort which saw him finish well behind Royal Axminster to score. Eachy Peachy appeared not to stay over a longer trip last time and is sure to be suited by the drop in trip so he is worth noting in the market but he is far from consistent and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Duke's View has dropped to a handy mark and is from a yard in form so is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Island Farewell.
