Verdict

Black Caesar scored by over three lengths over 7f here last week and is only upped 6lb. Stormbound has been placed on the all-weather recently and can figure while For Shia And Lula made the frame at Wolverhampton last time and is back on a winning mark. World Record landed a double in October, including a course and distance success in soft ground, and is preferred to China Girl but SHIFTING STAR gets the nod. He won last year’s renewal before scoring off today’s mark later in the year.
