      Verdict

      Bramalea and Potentiale should go well here but we are going to take a chance on MEGALALA. The selection ended last season on a low note and started this one with a tailed-off effort, but has bounced back since. He won at Kempton in May and then finished third off a seven pound higher mark in a better contest at Newbury. He looks to be the one here. Bramlea has been running well so far this term, finishing outside the minors only once. She runs off her lowest mark of the year today and is capable of putting pressure on the selection. Potentiale is a consistent sort but his losing streak of over a year remains a concern. Gay Kelleway's Rawdon has been running well of late without finding a win and should come into contention for the minors.
