Verdict

In a small field, IMPRESSIBLE can get the better of Noodles Blue Boy and Compton Ford. After scoring at Catterick, Compton Ford has failed to cope with his hike up the weights, and he races off a 6lb higher mark than when successful. He has been racing with great regularity and looks a little jaded. Noodles Blue Boy won on debut at Beverley and returned there after a long winless run to claim a seller last time. His handicap efforts have been disappointing however, and he is taken on despite that confidence boost. Impressible finished off last season in winning form and has done well so far this campaign. He won on fast ground before being placed in a classy York contest, where he showed good speed for a long way on easier ground. Impressible can return to winning ways.
