Verdict
Whitethorne is taken to follow up his latest victory here with Dancing Deano and Storm Chase rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating First Rhapsody over course and distance last time out and although he has a penalty for that win the first two were a little way clear of the third and he is taken to defy the handicapper under conditions that suit. Dancing Deano rates the main danger on his latest second behind Norcroft but his best for of late has come over a shorter trip with more cut in the ground and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Storm Chase is another that could go well now that he has dropped to a handy mark and returns to his optimum trip for the first time this season. Brace Of Doves is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks weighted up to the hilt. Of the remainder Arnprior is from a top yard and is another that looks to be on a handy mark but in a trappy affair for the winner we return to Whitethorne.
