        Verdict

        CONFESSIONAL has been competing in better company than this since winning at Goodwood last month. He also has winning form in soft ground and is preferred to King Crimson on that basis. Rusty Rocket is another who will act on the likely going and won off a similar mark at Redcar in May but Sir Domino remains 6lb higher than his success at Hamilton earlier this year. Desert Ace continues to slide down the weights without getting any closer and Ayresome Angel has yet to win a handicap.
