Coniston Clouds came from what appeared to be an unpromising position to narrowly land the spoils over course and distance last time. A 3lb rise is reasonable and he again has ground conditions to suit. The step-up in trip looked to bring out the best in him and he may well follow up, but HOUI CHERIE is taken to have his measure after running her Ffos Las rivals ragged last time.
