Verdict

The combination of front-running tactics and a willing attitude has seen Gometra Ginty land three of her last four, twice here and once at this trip. She's only up 8lb for those wins and has a clear chance of continuing her purple patch. However, she still has to give a fair amount of weight to decent, in-form sorts, of which LADY CELIA makes greatest appeal. She's gone down by just a neck the last twice to useful types at this level and receives 12lb from the Dalgleish mare with Connor Murtagh's claim taken into account. Velocistar is steadily climbing the weights but continues to perform with credit and is expected to be in the shake-up once again off bottomweight.
