Verdict
Frenchy Du Large took advantage of heavy ground to lose his maiden rag over hurdles at Ludlow in February and makes his chasing debut. Winning point-to-pointer and bumper Uptown Harry took advantage of a stamina test when getting off the mark over fences at Perth but First Account has struggled on the Flat since landing a handicap hurdle at Perth in July though has managed to win over fences. WELL ABOVE PAR isn’t the most consistent performer but is up to winning this at his best. He won a better race than this over the track and trip in March and his trainer will have him ready.
