In depth

Verdict

PICCADILLY JIM (NAP) is worth sticking with in this despite a penalty. Richard Fahey's charge won a higher grade handicap by over three lengths at Pontefract last time. Tectonic has been well beaten since scoring over track and trip in June and Nelson's Bay has struggled since landing a double at Musselburgh early in the season. The Osteopath only won a plating race at Newcastle on his penultimate start and while Rasselas scored at the same track last month he has struggled subsequently.
