In depth
Verdict
Knockavilla can land this on his bumper debut at the expense of Nomore and Coolerbie Hill. The selection ran in one point to point in Ireland and was seen to good effect by winning a maiden in good style. He was bought by Howard Johnson who does well with his Irish recruits. He looks the type on breeding to go on to do well in the jumping game and is taken to get off to a winning start. Nomore ran well to finish third on his debut at Hereford and more can be expected this time around but he might have to settle for a place once more while Coolerbie Hill comes from a respected yard that do well in these races so any market moves should be noted. But for the winner we return to Knockavilla.
