Abricot De L'Oasis, a winner over fences in France, is having his first start over the bigger obstacles since joining Donald McCain and has to be respected despite carrying a big weight for a five-year-old. Be A Dreamer will be receiving a stone from the top weight and has been running well enough to suggest he'll get into the frame but Standintheband, who has won a bumper and scored over hurdles, hasn't shown much aptitude for chasing so far. SIMMPLY SAM looked a nice prospect when scoring over hurdles at Ayr in February before a very poor run at Catterick, which wasn't her form. She's having her first start over fences but looks well enough handicapped to make a successful start. Winning point-to-pointer Emkae could prove best of the remainder.
