      Verdict

      EXCLUSIVE WATERS (NAP) returned a clear winner at Newcastle last time when previous winner Riponian ran below par and finished last. He has been upped 8lb for that success but Tracy Waggott's charge won off a higher mark last year and is fancied to go in again with doubts surrounding his main rivals. That list includes Save The Bees, without a win since 2013, and Graceful Act, who is back on a winning mark but is struggling for form. Dual course winner Tectonic looks a bigger threat if back to his best but Edas finished a long way behind Riponian earlier.
