In depth
Verdict
Wizard D'Amour was only beaten a short-head at Redcar in November and showed he had trained on with a close-up third at Thirsk. Kraken Filly has similar credentials having finished clear of the third when beaten under a length at Ayr on her reappearance but LEXINGTON KNIGHT’s overall form suggests Richard Hannon’s colt is the one to beat. Tampa, a half-brother to a 6f and 7f winner, missed the break on debut and wasn’t knocked about so considerable improvement is likely.
