      Verdict

      Karl Burke has saddled the winner of this three times in six years. Richard Fahey has trained two of the winners in the same time period while Tropical Air represents last year’s winning stable. Instant Recall is a 50,000gns half-brother to a 5f winner but MALC changed hands for 140,000gns earlier this year and Fahey’s half-brother to three winners gets the nod. Previous experience is still a plus at this time of year so Southwell third Kaolinite, who has travelled up from Newmarket, can’t be ignored.
