      Verdict

      It was soft ground when Royal Regent won over 1m2f at Ayr recently so this extra distance should be within his compass. But Tamayuz Magic has failed to figure since winning over 1m4f at Thirsk in May and Mukhayyam is preferred on the back of a second at Leicester off today’s mark. TOP OF THE GLAS (NAP) also found one too good on his latest start at Newcastle and wasn’t beaten far when fourth over track and trip before that. Brian Ellison’s charge can come good in this with an apprentice’s allowance helping his cause. Sennockian Star may prove best of the rest.
