Verdict

Pointers Accordingtotheboss, Flaming Thistle and Somewin have something to prove under Rules, while Bubbly Breeze is best watched after pulling up at Sedgefield last month. Normally suffered the same fate at Market Rasen, as did Shadow Boxer at Hexham, but Fog Patches was second on his latest start at Perth and Solway Dornal won over hurdles at Sedgefield on Wednesday. But we'll take a chance on SAM D'OC who stayed this trip over timber and, only six, has to be better than he's shown so far over fences.
