Verdict

Most of these have seen better days but FRONT RANK has at least made the frame in his last three starts and is a previous C&D winner. Emma Sayer is good value for her 7lb claim and can ride another winner for her mother Dianne. It's difficult to make a case for any of Jimmy Moffat's trio but Royal Curtsy won at Fakenham before finishing tailed off in a better race at Aintree and Letterpress was only beaten a couple of lengths at Sedgefield last time. Waltham Abbey, second to a well-handicapped rival at Uttoxeter last month, could also get involved.
