        Verdict

        A particularly poor event that makes little appeal as a betting medium may go to Lisa-B who is on a long losing sequence but at least showed she was in fair heart when runner-up in similar company at Towcester last month. Ex-Irish performer Mull's Nag takes a drop in class after a creditable effort in a novice event at Southwell last time. Miss Melrose is open to plenty of improvement having had just one previous attempt over hurdles and may fare best of the rest.
