Verdict

GAIUS got the job done at Worcester last month and with no worries about the softer ground, he is sure to be popular today. Yukon has won previously under Charlotte Jones and she was aboard the winner of this prize back in 2021. Rachel Blackmore comes in for the ride on Horn Cape and the former Nicky Henderson inmate appears to have been revitalised by a switch to Ben Haslam. Call Me Rocky is 2-2 since joining Milton Harris and Bryony Frost is a statement of intent in the saddle. Ashington is no forlorn hope today given the surface will bring his stamina into play. Calevade bolted up in an amateurs' race here last month and must be respected.
