Verdict
Torrid Kentavr, Teme Valley and Xaipete look the three to concentrate on in this handicap chase and the confident vote goes to Torrid Kentavr. The selection won well last time out when defeating Cobbet under similar conditions and although he is rising in the weights he won with a little in hand and he is taken to defy the handicapper. Teme Valley rates the main danger he won a hurdle race in good style when defeating Untidy Daughter last time out but he returns to fencing on a high enough mark and he would be more fancied if he was running at his beloved Sedgefield. Xaipete is another that could go well he was a good second behind Search And Destroy last time but although he travels well in his races he finds little off the bridle. Flahive's First goes well at the track and could run well at a price but he looks slightly outclassed and for the winner we return to Torrid Kentavr.
