        Verdict

        Wayward Melody, Withthelads and Jug of Punch look the three to concentrate on in a tough race and the tentative vote goes to Wayward Melody. The selection was a good second under similar conditions behind Capriolo last time out and off the same mark here he will be hard to beat. Withthelads rates the main danger on his latest second behind Everready but he tended to run in snatches and looked very one paced on that occasion and he is passed over for that reason. Jug Of Punch is another that could go well he was a fair second behind Wizard Of Edge last time doing all his best work at the finish so he should relish this extra distance. Of the remainder Haikal has drooped to a handy mark and could go well at a price but he disappointed last time and for the winner we return to Wayward Melody.
