Verdict

Having switched to Gordon Elliott, HOPHORNBEAM came good at the first time of asking in a Clonmel handicap. She is rated 2lb lower than the hat-trick seeking Prime Time Lady but receives 5lb here with the latter carrying a double penalty. Toughasoldboots made a winning start over timber at Huntingdon but was well below that form over further at Uttoxeter next time. Comedaygoday placed twice in Ireland but is having a first run for new connections.
