Verdict

Jimmy Moffatt had a day to remember on Saturday and course and distance winner JELSKI is likely to take very high rank in this affair. Marshalled had unspectacular form in Ireland though Ben Haslam was able to get a win from him at Newcastle in May. Kellyiscool proved on a previous visit to the track that he is not without his quirks while Sword Of Fate has been kept on the go throughout the summer and Leonard Kerr’s veteran has prevailed previously when partnered by today’s rider. Cardamon Hill raced here two days ago and folded tamely having held every chance.
