MAN OF STEEL (NAP) was very impressive when landing this prize last year and comes here in really good form once again, having landed his last two point-to-points. He was eased down when beating Forge Valley here last year and there's no reason why placings should not be confirmed once again. Abbeyview finished last in last year's contest and it's hard to see him turning the form around here, although he is a useful sort in this grade at his best. Firmount Gent is of interest as he did land a Bangor hurdling success when with Dan Skelton but failed to complete on his first start since leaving that high-profile yard when pulling up at Sedgefield latest.
