Verdict
Rostock, Mighty Willing and Starbuck are three against the field in this maiden hunter chase and the confident vote goes to Rostock. The selection will go well in the conditions and he need only reproduce his latest point-to-point form to score. Mighty Willing rates the main danger on his latest second behind Dorans Magic last time out but that was over a longer trip and he may not have the pace for this shorter trip. Starbuck is another that could go well as he has experience of regulation fences. He was third behind Nesbit on his last run in this grade and he won his last point in good style so he has definite place claims. Of the remainder Hoh Tel has a good jockey booked and he has a chance on his best form but he continues to be beset by jumping problems and for that reason he is opposed. The same comment applies to Cross River and for the winner we return to Rostock.
