Verdict
SAKHEE'S CITY didn't win a bumper but showed plenty of promise as he did on his hurdling debut over 2m2f at Market Rasen where he led at today's trip. He'll have come on markedly for the experience which he can put to good use here. Archipeligo was beaten a long way when runner-up at Musselburgh in January but has since won on the all-weather at Wolverhampton. General Mahler has yet to fulfil his potential, though he did run well for a long way over further at Musselburgh last time. Leading Score started odds-on for a Musselburgh maiden in January but never looked like winning and will need to do much better but the four-year-old Kisumu will be suited by the drying ground and has more to offer.
