In depth

Verdict

Milan Deux Mille, Flight Command and Sands Rising look the three to concentrate on in this competitive handicap chase and the vote is given to Milan Deux Mille. The selection has won his last two races in good style notably when beating Major Belle last time out, granted he is rising in the weights but under conditions that suit he is taken to defy the handicaper. Flight Command is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is rising in the weights without winning and he is taken on with this in mind. Sands Rising is better on a softer surface. Of the remainder Welcome To Unos is from a yard in form and is worth a cautionary look in the market but for the winner we return to the progressive Milan Deux Mille.
