In depth

Verdict

Classic Fiddle looks sure to be a warm order here however she may struggle to give weight away to David Pipe's smart French recruit Gaspara and so she gets the vote today. The former has won all three of her starts so far and should come on for his recent reappearance last month. She fought hard for that win and she really does look a horse with a future, however she may struggle to concede 7lbs to Gaspara who has the weight allowance. She won comfortably on her British debut at Taunton after being left in the lead at the last, and her French form looks to put her very much in the frame here. Supreme Cara was outclassed in a Grade 2 contest last time out, however this looks more manageable and she may be capable of some place money today. However this really looks a match between the first tow in the market, and we will side with Gaspara to make the best of her weight-for-age allowance and to lead them home.
