In depth

Verdict

The betting will be essential in this finale, however we will side with Fiddle ahead of Kitty Wong and newcomers Mem O'Rees and Radar Love. The selection finished a promising sixth on his debut at Newbury and should appreciate the step up in trip today. Robert Thornton looks a good jockey booking and with her age-allowance to aid her, she looks a value bet. The betting should be informative regarding the chances of Mem O'Rees and Radar Love. The latter looks the most interesting of them with his trainer having a fine record in bumpers, whilst Eila represents a stable with a fine record in bumpers at the course (28%) and warrants plenty of respect. Kitty Wong hung badly last time out when looking like the winner, however she has major claims once again and should be watched in the market. Ultimately this looks tricky and we will side with Fiddle at a decent price to lead them home.
