      Verdict

      CLEM FANDANGO kept on well for second despite the stiff finish at Beverley on her debut. Keith Dalgleish’s filly should make a bold bid in this and confirm running with Accladora and Red Shanghai. Merry Banter also went close when runner-up in heavy ground at Redcar last time and can figure along with Limbrick, a half-sister to a couple of winners and preferred to fellow newcomers Miss Monro and Best Bid over today’s trip.
