Verdict

QUICK WAVE ran no sort of race over hurdles at Sandown last month but did, at least, complete unlike Flow Away. If she can recapture her chase form of last season, she’s potentially well treated in this. Carrolls Milan had no chance against Magic Of Light at Newbury last time but is a dour stayer who should give a good account back in a handicap. Whatsdastory has placed at Southwell and Taunton and Gipsy Lee Rose has found only one too good at Kelso the last twice and gives the impression she’ll handle the step up in trip.
