This is not quite as competitive as when TALLEY CLOSE was beaten from this mark at Haydock last time and Richard Fahey's charge gets the vote. Already a winner over 6f at the track, the Danbird colt acts with some cut in the ground and may well improve now tried over this trip for the first time. We like his chance. Malgoof finished behind our pick here in a maiden in July but has put in a couple of good efforts since and is much respected, while course and distance scorer First Class Favour is another feared, although from 5lbs higher and on softer ground she is taken on. Geesala takes a massive drop in class and from a mark of just 77 can't be ruled out.
