Gratified was having his first start for Archie Watson when scoring at Lingfield and was by no means disgraced when runner-up to Choco Box at Yarmouth as the winner was receiving 12lb. Weellan won over a mile at Ripon in July and is back on the same mark. He was just behind KNOWING GLANCE earlier at Carlisle and the latter, who has run in two better class handicaps subsequently, is taken to return to winning ways. Rasatacap's Chepstow victory was in a lower grade and she's 3lb higher but Christmas Night has been very consistent and deserved his victory in a Class 6 handicap at Wolverhampton. The lightly-raced Saisons D'Or has performed well since his maiden victory here and is at the right end of the weights.
