      Verdict

      Desert Point has a shout back on the Flat but FIRST FLIGHT is just preferred. The latter makes a quick reappearance after placing in heavy going at Haydock a couple of days ago and Brian Ellison’s charge won easily at Ripon when last competing in plating company. Alpasu has a chance on these terms but his recent form leaves plenty to be desired while both Bold Statement and Fillydelphia have little chance at the weights.
