In depth
Verdict
A wide open contest gets proceedings under way and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Zanjeer, Bollin Thomas and Beanney and we will side with Zanjeer. The selection won well on his hurdling debut when defeating Milagros, that form has since been franked and although he has a penalty for that win he will be hard to beat under conditions that suit. Bollin Thomas rates the main danger as he was a fair second behind Dance Party last time out but he still has a little to find with the selection and for that reason he is passed over.Beanney is another worthy of respect as he was a fair fifth on his debut behind Crocodile Daddy and looks sure to improve. Movie Kink was a fair sort on the flat and is another with place claims but he will need to settle better if he is to score. Of the remainder McQueen is another fair flat performer and he will be one to note if the ground is very testing but for the winner we return to Zanjeer.
