    Verdict

Blue Moon Hitman is the pick over Happy Camper and Dine 'n' Dash, with Tiny Tim worth a mention. Blue Moon Hitman improved markedly for the fitting of blinkers when finishing third to a couple of higher-rated rivals, Salon Prive and Imtalkinggibberish, at Wolverhampton last week. In that race he also had two better thought of runners immediately behind, and so he must surely take all the beating off a mark of 40 unless that was just a fluke. We shall give him the benefit of the doubt and make him the one to beat. Happy Camper performed with credit for new connections when second at Lingfield last time, but tries six furlongs for the first time since March of last year and may be outpaced here. In addition he is not certain to uphold that Lingfield form with the third Dine 'n' Dash on today's terms. Tiny Tim was down the field behind both of them that day and is another that may struggle over the trip. All in all, Blue Moon Hitman has the best recent form and can pay to follow.
