Verdict
Al Azhar, Lord Lamb and Balalaika Tune look the three to concentrate on in this claimer and the vote is given to Al Azhar. The selection did not get the run of the race at Beverley last time when third behind Life Is Beautiful. That was an encouraging effort and with conditions to suit he is taken to score. Lord Lamb is dropped in trip and in grade and those two factors should see the old campaigner being involved at the finish. He was disappointing last time at Redcar but that was on soft ground and these conditions look more suitable so he has plenty to like about him here. Balalaika Tune remains a maiden after 18 runs but she did hint that her turn might not be far away when third behind Woodwind Down at Musselburgh last time, but given her profile the percentage call is to take her on. Face The Limelight is another that would come into this on the pick of his form, but for the winner we return to Al Azhar.
