    Verdict

Icenaslice, Scottish Exile, Nanna and Wendy's Girl look to be the principles here and a chance is taken on the last mentioned. The selection won in good style when defeating Lord Baskerville on this track last time and with the drop back to 5 furlongs in her favour, she could be capable of defying a 6lbs penalty and going in again. Icenaslice rates the main danger as she looks to be on the upgrade after her latest win over Blue Power at Newcastle. However, she is best when there is plenty of cut in the ground and for that reason she is taken on. Scottish Exile is another improver who won a moderate event at Windsor last time, but she is badly drawn and look to have more on her plate here. Nanna is another that won last time out but she is best on a soft surface so unless the rain arrives she is worth opposing. This is tricky race for punters to call but Wendy's Girl won in good style last time and looks the one they all have to beat.
