There's not much to choose between LINDORO and Powerful Pierre in this seller and although the booking of Paul Hanagan on the latter is interesting the vote goes with Lindoro with Soto rated as the best of the rest. Best served by the framing of this contest the selection was only just denied a neck by Invincible Prince in a similar race last time. This looks a little easier so a comparable run should be enough. Connections of Powerful Pierre have tried everything to get this one to win and he did run well in defeat at Wolverhampton two starts ago. His inconsistency struck again last time tough and Hanagan will have to be at his best to get him home. Soto is a course and distance winner a score which came in a handicap two starts ago in taking fashion. He failed to build on that in two subsequent starts and he has a bit to do at the weights. On official ratings Musica and Neva A Mull Moment aren't weighted out of a challenge but both are wildly out of form and with the others making little appeal the vote stays with Lindoro.
