Verdict
Jolly Boy came good last time out after some below average performances and looks set to continue his winning ways at the expense of Moorlaw and Loulou Nivernais. The selection was in winning form at Taunton last time out when getting the better of Joizel. He was putting some poor runs behind him that day but was having his first run of the season and with the yard in good form at present he has to be respected. Last year he racked up a string of five wins on the trot so with confidence back on his side he should be difficult to overturn today. Moorlaw comes from another yard having winners at present and the horse has been in consistent form lately running a good second to Flake over course and distance last time out. He was a winner in the summer and looks a horse coming back to his best so should be noted in the market. Loulou Nivernais has not been seen out since May when finishing third at Hexham. The trainer is more than capable of getting a horse ready first time out but he may still prove to be ring rusty so for that reason is best watched. So for the winner we return to Jolly Boy.
