Verdict

TED'S BROTHER ticks all the right boxes. He's shown good progress all year with three wins over today's trip including a couple in soft ground and gets the vote ahead of Watts Up Son. The latter has also won in testing going at Carlisle last month and wasn't far away over C&D on his latest start. Viking Warrior scored over track and trip recently but has done all his winning on a fast surface, while Cara's Request won a division of this race last year and cannot be ignored back on a winning mark. Barista is another with a chance in an open contest.
