Second twice over course and distance in the summer, DESERT DREAM appears to have as good a chance as any in this despite not having won since the end of 2020. Mr Strutter, another eight-year-old, can confirm last month’s course and distance form with Audit and has place claims while Stoney Lane has been in good form lately and shouldn’t be far away again but Elladora has had several tries over this trip and hasn’t really lasted home in any of them.
