Verdict

Artistic Language didn't win in eight starts on the Flat but travelled well until running out of steam at Wetherby. He holds Bullion Boss on that run and should get into the frame. Fiery Mission went for 18,000gns at the sales after four moderate runs on the Flat for Sir Michael Stoute while Fume is by Frankel out of a Group 3 winner but came nowhere near living up to his pedigree on the Flat. Sea Art won a minor handicap over 1m5f at Bath in September and has joined John Quinn but POUR ME A DRINK looks best of the newcomers having landed a Haydock handicap on soft ground in the spring for Clive Cox and running with credit later without winning. Beat Box, a half-brother to a winning hurdler, was narrowly beaten in his only start on the Flat in France in May.
