Verdict

HALCYON DAYS (NAP) won at Carlisle in October before failing to stay 2m4f at Newcastle. He holds Kelso winner Middlebrow on the form book and has a good record here, being 5lb lower than when fourth last year. Midnight Chill made a winning start over fences at Sedgefield and should have more to offer while Nicolas Chauvin is 12lb lower than when scoring at Wetherby last season. Buyer Beware has had just the two runs over fences so far but is up against seasoned handicappers.
