Verdict
PONTY ACCLAIM began the season on a 9lb higher mark. She's been running well without success for most of this year, including when a decent third to Doc Hay at Ascot a fortnight ago. The latter had earlier beaten today's rivals Move In Time and Kingsgate Choice and Tim Easterby's filly can come out best on that line of form. Bosun Breese finished just ahead of last year's winner Verinco at York last time but the latter is fancied to go close again today off her current mark while Arctic Feeling has strong claims on his latest nose defeat in testing ground at Ayr. Jedward's form has tailed off of late but Capone was returning from a lay-off at Doncaster last time and could figure on only his second start for a new yard.
